Kir Royale

A true French classic enjoyed as a pre-dinner aperitif. Celebrate the festive season with this truly simple yet delicious cocktail.


  •  15 ml of Soda Press Co. Raspberry Mint Syrup
  •  150 ml of Champagne or sparkling wine
  •  1 fresh Blackberry to garnish 


  • Pour the Soda Press Co. syrup into a champagne flute and then gently top with champagne. 
  •  Garnish with a fresh berry…………..Santé !!!
