Gas Exchange Returns
If you're ordering gas exchange, a CollectPlus returns label will be sent with your order. This needs to be placed onto the box of your empty cylinder so it can easily be tracked back to us. Then simply return it to one of 5,500 CollectPlus stores.
Please make sure to obtain a proof of postage from Collect+ when returning your empty cylinders.
These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by SodaStream Worldwide Trading Company ("SodaStream" or "we") to you.
Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order with SodaStream. By placing an order with SodaStream, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
Your order is an offer to SodaStream to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from SodaStream, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order ("Order Confirmation E-mail"). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you. Your contract is with SodaStream Worldwide Trading Company. SodaStream will provide the product(s) to you in conformity with this contract. 2.1 We place details of our products on our website for your perusal, including photographs. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and the appearance of the products may vary.
2.2 Subject to Condition 2.1 above, the products shall materially conform to their description on the website.
3.1 You have the right to return your order to us within 30 days of the date of delivery ("Return Period"), provided that the products you ordered have not been used or damaged and the security and seals are still intact. We cannot accept the return of any products which have been used or if seals has been removed. If you decide you wish to return your order, please notify us of your decision by contacting customer services on 0800 0858 373 or email us at customer.care-UK@sodastream.
3.2 In order to be eligible for a full refund, all products must be returned to us within the Return Period as outlined in clause 3.1 above and with packaging in a good and undamaged condition. Any products received by us after the Return Period will not be eligible for a refund. We will process your refund for products returned during the Return Period within 14 days of receipt. If the packaging is damaged or otherwise not in a reusable condition, you may be charged a fee for replacement packaging. We will deduct this fee from your refund.
3.3 Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that products are returned to us with your order number so that we are able to identify your return. We strongly suggest that you use a form of recorded delivery as proof of return. If we do not receive your order number, we will not be able to issue you with a refund.

3.5 Nothing in this clause 3 affects your statutory rights of return if the products are faulty or your product warranty.

4.1 All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT and are as shown on our website.
4.2 We list availability information for products sold by us on our website including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products. Your order will not be accepted until such time as we provide you with a delivery confirmation.
4.3 We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your right to have the products sent to you within a reasonable time. If the delay occurs before the products are dispatched, we will not charge you for the products until they are dispatched and you may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
4.4 You must pay for the products before we deliver them.
5.1 The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.
5.2 We are only able to deliver to addresses in mainland UK (this does not include Northern Ireland).
5.3 Delivery time for orders within the UK is estimated to be within 2 to 3 working days after the order is placed, subject to demand and external factors. 7.1 Nothing in these Conditions of Sale excludes or limits SodaStream’s liability for death or personal injury arising from SodaStream’s negligence, or its fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, SodaStream expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might be otherwise included by law. SodaStream does provide a product warranty, full details of the SodaStream product warranty can be found by clicking here.
7.3 The customer is responsible for using the SodaStream products in strict conformity with the instructions that are provide with the products. SodaStream excludes all liability that arises as a result of the customer's use of the product in non-conformity of the instruction manual provided. If for any reason you do not receive an instruction manual, you should notify us (using the details outlined below) and we will send you an instructions manual either electronically or by post as soon as practicable.
7.4 Subject always to condition 7.1 above, our maximum liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise in relation to the products purchased by you shall be limited to the price you paid for the relevant products.
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and the application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. We both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, which means that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with these Conditions of Sale in England.

7.2 Data Retention
7.2.1 We may retain your data as long as necessary to provide our products and services, and beyond such time to the extent legally permitted and based on our legal obligations (e.g. in relation to invoice retention) or legitimate interests (eg in retaining data for the purposes of responding to possible disputes or complaints or for possible reactivation of subscriptions).
7.2.2 In addition, we maintain a data retention policy which we apply to information in our care. Where your data is no longer required we will ensure it is securely deleted or anonymised.
7.2.3 Please note that SodaStream may retain applicants personal data submitted to it for no longer than two years after the applied position has been filled or closed. This is done so we could re-consider applicants for other positions and opportunities at SodaStream; so we could use their information as reference for future applications submitted by them; and in case the applicant is hired, for additional employment and business purposes related to his/her work at SodaStream. 8. We may share your personal data
SodaStream may share your personal data with third parties (or otherwise allow them access to it) only in the following manners and instances:
8.1 to other SodaStream affiliates for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice.
8.2 with any third parties to whom the relevant SodaStream entity subcontracts all or part of this processing. The purpose of this transfer will be to help manage our business and deliver services. For instance, we may transfer your personal data to a service provider to the extent necessary to complete an order and deliver your product. 9. Transferring personal data globally

9.1.2 where we transfer your personal data outside SodaStream or to third parties who help provide our products and services, we will obtain contractual commitments from them to protect your personal data.
