Shipping and Delivery

Please note we currently cannot deliver to any address off the mainland UK, including Northern Ireland. Deliveries to the highlands of Scotland can take up to 4 working days. 
Delivery time for orders within the UK is within 2 to 3 working days after the order is placed.

Home Delivery
Home Delivery is made within 3 working days by Yodel. Yodel will deliver your parcel between 08:00hrs - 20:00hrs. For further details please read our FAQs.

Gas Exchange Returns
If you're ordering gas exchange, a CollectPlus returns label will be sent with your order. This needs to be placed onto the box of your empty cylinder so it can easily be tracked back to us. Then simply return it to one of 5,500 CollectPlus stores.

Please make sure to obtain a proof of postage from Collect+ when returning your empty cylinders.
