What is the CO2 Subscription Plan and how does it work?

The CO2 subscription service allows you to order CO2 exchange on an automatic recurring basis.

When signing up for the CO2 subscription plan, you pay the price of the CO2 plus taxes and shipping (if applicable), and get a returns label – no need for a printer.

How does the subscription work?

1️⃣ Choose your cylinder type.
2️⃣ Choose the quantity- between 2-4 cylinders.
3️⃣ Choose the delivery frequency- between 1-6 months.
4️⃣ Enter your details (address & payment method).
5️⃣ Receive cylinders automatically on a recurring basis!
6️⃣ Return your empties quickly and easily (click here to find the best way)

      👉 Please remember to return an empty cylinder for each refill cylinder you have ordered. The return timeframe will be based on the shipment frequency plus 30 days. If you do not return the empty cylinder(s) within this timeframe, or if you do not have any empty cylinders to return, or if the returned cylinder(s) is damaged, a charge of £10 per cylinder will be made.

      How do I return my empty cylinders?
      Follow these easy steps to return your empty cylinders:

      We'll send you full cylinders with details of how to return your cylinders using our prepaid shipping options. Simply re-use the box we ship your new cylinders to you in, cover the label addressed to you with your new label and write your customer number inside the reference box.
      Drop the package off at your nearest Yodel Store or InPost locker. Don’t wait too long to send back your used cylinders.**
      **Sparkle Note: Please remember that for every refill cylinder you have ordered, you will need to return an empty cylinder. When you are on the subscription plan you will need to return the cylinders after the number of months you have chosen PLUS 30 days. If you do not return the empty cylinders within this timeframe, or if you do not have any empty cylinders to return, or if the returned cylinders are damaged, we will automatically charge you £10 for each unreturned or damaged cylinder.
      When do the empty cylinders need to be returned?
      When you are on the subscription plan you will need to return the cylinders after the number of months you have chosen PLUS 30 days.
      Is there a limit to the number of cylinders that can be ordered?
      The maximum number of cylinders that can be taken on a single subscription is 4, and you can choose how often you want these shipped, in a frequency between 1 and 6 months.
      If you choose a 4 cylinders subscription, you will benefit from free shipping. If you order the lower cylinders quantity subscriptions, you will still benefit from reduced shipping.
      Can I make changes to my Subscription? (Cylinder type, the quantity of cylinders per shipment, Shipment Frequency, shipping address, etc.)
      Yes, you can make changes to your Subscription by visiting the ”My Account” page.

      Sparkle Note: If a Subscription Order has already been packed for shipping, any changes made will be applied to your next shipment.
