When do I need to return my cylinders?

When you place an online exchange order, we require you to return an empty cylinder for each refill ordered to avoid additional £10 charge for each unreturned cylinder
Your return window depends on the type of product you've purchased:

• Exchange: Return within 45 days
• Subscription: Return within your subscription frequency plus 30 days
• Spare: The cylinder is yours to keep, no deadline to return!
