Lime Spritzer Cocktail

Ingredients:

• Lime, sliced
• Pomegranate seeds
• 5 ml Lime juice
• 60 ml Pomegranate juice
• 5 ml Light rum
• Sparkling water
• Ice

Method:

• Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water.
• In a glass add lime slices and pomegranate juice. Muddle well and add ice.
• Add lime juice, pomegranate juice and light rum.
• Top up with sparkling water. Serve and enjoy!
