What are your return and cancellation policies?

We accept returns or exchanges on all unopened product purchased within 30 days on SodaStream.co.uk. Product must be returned unused and in its unbroken original packaging.

Upon return, the refund will be made on the original payment method. If you have paid by card, the refund will be made on the same card.

We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or change an existing SodaStream.co.uk order, give our Customer Service team a call on 0800 0858 373 (M-F 9a.m.-5 p.m).and we will do our very best to make this change before your order ships. We can usually accept such requests made within an hour after time of purchase.

• SodaStream does not refund initial or return shipping charges. Unauthorised returns or CODs will not be accepted.
