How can I be sure the carbonating bottle is in the right position before carbonating?
It's easy! Place the sparkling water maker on a flat sturdy surface in an upright position. Before inserting the carbonating bottle, make sure that the bottle rest is angled forward. If it isn’t, pull it towards you until it clicks. DO NOT pull the carbonation tube. Insert the carbonating bottle neck into the Snap-Lock. Push the bottle up and back. The Snap-Lock will catch the bottle and hold it in a vertical position suspended above the base. NOTE: When properly inserted there is a small gap between the bottom of the carbonating bottle and the base of the sparkling water maker, so that's an easy way to tell if your bottle is placed correctly.
