All SodaStream home soda makers, including the ART, create pure sparkling (seltzer) water; water infused with CO2 for a clean, crisp fizz with no additives. Carbonated water provides the same hydration benefits as still water while aiding digestion and reducing bloating. While SodaStream sparkling water contains zero calories, no artificial sweeteners, and no preservatives, you could also make your ART a soda maker! Add any Pepsi, 7UP, Lipton, or SodaStream syrup to your water and enjoy flavoured sparkling water just how you like it. Choosing the SodaStream ART water carbonator instead of bottled sparkling water helps reduce plastic waste and lowers costs compared to plastic bottles.
