Is the Sodastream ENSO® Sparkling Water Maker covered by a warranty?

Yes! All Sodastream sparkling water makers have a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase*. If your product does not work within the warranty period and we determine that the problem is due to a manufacturing or material defect, sodastream.co.uk is responsible for the return shipping and we will send you a new product at no extra cost.

We accept returns or exchanges on unopened product purchased within 30 days on SodaStream.com for the actual purchase price. Cylinders and accessories must be returned unused and in its unbroken original packaging. Sparkling Water Makers do not need to be returned unused.
