FAQs
Yes. You can manage your subscription at any time through My Account. This includes updating your CO2 quantity, changing delivery frequency, switching flavours, adjusting your next delivery date, or skipping a shipment.
All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
If you are still using your last order and need more time to return your empty cylinders, please contact customer care before the return deadline. They can help extend your return window and prevent replacement charges.
You need to return the same number of empty cylinders as CO2 refills orders. If you ordered 3, you should return 3 empty. For a one time purchase the return is within 60 days. For subscription, the return should be completed within the order frequency plus 30 days. So if at the time the order was created the frequency was set to 1 month, you'll have 2 months to return the empties.
You can also confirm the return deadline in your account. If you don't return all the empty cylinder in time you will be charged £10 for each unreturned cylinder.

Return using InPost - Paperless
1️⃣ Request a new QR code through InPost and use the same box to send back your empties.
2️⃣ Take your parcel to the nearest locker.
3️⃣ Scan your QR code at the locker and place your parcel inside (one parcel per locker). InPost will collect the parcel and return it to us.
Return using Yodel - Print Label In Store / at Home option
1️⃣ For In Store print - Request a label through Yodel and select "Print in Store".
2️⃣ Enter your customer number which can be found in "My Account", and other details and follow the instructions.
3️⃣ You will receive an email with your QR code.
4️⃣ Locate nearest Yodel store, show it to the shopkeeper so they can scan and print your label.
Return using Swap-It (DPD)
1️⃣ Select Swap-It at checkout ONLY if you have empty cylinders
2️⃣ DPD delivers your full cylinders, right to your door.
3️⃣ Hand back your empties - Place your empty cylinders into the original packaging, make sure to remove or cover up the old label.
4️⃣ Swap complete - The driver takes your empties while dropping off your new ones.
You're all set - You’ll get a confirmation receipt once the swap is done.
Please Remember - The same number of cylinders that you have ordered should be returned to us within 90* days of purchase. A £10 fee applies per unreturned or damaged cylinder.
* Cylinder exchange orders made prior to Oct 22nd, 2025 will still have the return window of 45 days.
