Yes! You can make plain sparkling water with the Sodastream Ultimate by setting the flavour dial to 0.

You can adjust the carbonation level to create your preferred level of fizz, from light sparkle to more bubbly sparkling water.

The Sodastream Ultimate is designed to work with drink mix flavours in the new 440 ml transparent flavour bottle with pour cap, used together with the flavour connect cap system.

These bottles are made for the Ultimate and allow the machine to add flavour as your drink is dispensed. Two flavour connect caps are included in the starter kit, with additional caps available to purchase so you can keep multiple flavours ready to use.

One Sodastream CO2 cylinder can make up to 120 small glasses (8 oz / 236 ml) of sparkling drinks with the Sodastream Ultimate.

However, the exact number of drinks will vary depending on the drink size and carbonation level you choose. Larger drink sizes and higher carbonation levels use more CO2, meaning fewer drinks can be made per cylinder.

Yes, the flavour attachments are removable for easy cleaning.

The flavour connect cap can be removed from the flavour bottle and taken apart into separate pieces for cleaning. These parts, along with the drip tray, are dishwasher safe or can be washed with warm water to remove any leftover flavour. For a deeper clean, you can soak the parts in warm soapy water, manually pump warm water through the flavour attachment, or use a small brush to reach hard-to-clean areas.

The machine itself should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Do not place the Sodastream Ultimate in water or in the dishwasher.

The water tank should be washed by hand using cold or lukewarm water and is not dishwasher safe.

The Sodastream Ultimate does not require a bottle to be attached. Instead, it dispenses your drink directly into your chosen glass, carafe or bottle. The adjustable dispensing area is designed to fit a range of sizes, from a single glass to larger serving vessels.
