How do I return my cylinders for the Sparkle Saver's Plan if I don't have a printer?

No printer? No problem! 

  1. You can request a new label through InPost and use any box to send back your empties.
  2. Once you enter your information in the InPost link, you will be sent a link for a unique QR code. You can click on the link or download the QR code directly.
  3. Take your parcel to the nearest locker.
  4. Scan your QR code at the locker and place your parcel inside (one parcel per locker). InPost will collect the parcel and return it to us. 
When and how do I return the used cylinders on the Sparkle Saver's Plan?

When you place an order for a Sparkle Savers Plan, we will send you 4 gas cylinders. You do not need to return any cylinders to us until you order your second and third set of gas from your plan.

Here's how it works:
  1. When you are about to finish your last gas cylinder, log into your account and place an order for gas
  2. Using your delivery box from your new shipment, return the empty cylinders to us within 30** days of receipt
  3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for your last set of gas

Please return your last set of gas to us by the end of your plan date.

If we do not receive your empty gas cylinders within 30 days* of your most recent order, we will charge you £10 per cylinder that is not returned.

If you lost your original Sparkle Saver's Plan box, you can use any other box as long as your used gas cylinders are packed securely. If you don't see your pre-paid return label, you can request a new label through the Collect+ site. Just make sure to please write your customer number on the Collect+ label in "Ref Box". Your customer number can be found in your account under "Order History". 

You can also request a new label through InPost and use any box to send back your empties.

I have lost my original Sparkle Savers Plan box. What can I do?

What does the discount for accessories mean on the Sparkle Savers Plan? How can I use it?

As part of the Sparkle Saver's Plan you're a premium member and entitled to special discounts and offers. After registering on the plan, you will receive an email with a coupon code that will provide you with a discount on all the accessories in the site (in addition to any existing discount/promotion). Use the code you receive in the cart.

How can I change my address if I'm on the Sparkle Savers Plan?
You can easily change your address. Just log in to "My Account" and change the delivery address. Please note that deliveries are available for UK mainland only.

How does the Sparkle Saver's Plan work?

It's easy to keep the bubbles flowing with our Sparkle Saver's Plan. 

  1. Sign up for the Sparkle Saver's Plan online and enjoy the benefits (Terms and Conditions apply): 
      • A yearly supply of up to 12 cylinders delivered to your door (3 shipments of 4 cylinders)
      • Extended warranty on your Sparkling Water Maker
      • 30 day free cancellation
      • Free shipping
      • 10% off bottles site-wide
      • 10% off all flavours
      • 10% off one Sparkling Water Maker Starter Kit of your choice
  2. After you sign up, you'll get login information (if you do not already have) and four full gas cylinders delivered to your home.
  3. Once you're almost done with the four cylinders you've received, log in to your account and schedule an online exchange to get four replacement cylinders delivered to you. Please do not send in your empties until you've ordered your next online exchange.
  4. You'll get four full gas cylinders delivered to your home.Y our cylinders will arrive in a box with a prepaid shipping label attached.
  5. When you're ready to return your cylinders, use the same box from your refill order to send back the empties at your local Collect+ or InPost location. 
  • Make sure to return all 4 gas cylinders together.
  • There will be a charge of £10 for each cylinder not returned.
  • Keep bubbling and whenever you run out of gas, sign in to your account to schedule another online exchange for four new cylinders.

    Will my Sparkle Saver's Plan auto renew?

    Yes! We like to keep the bubbles flowing.

    Your Sparkle Saver's Plan will auto renew 30 days prior to expiration. We will email you 30 days before your new Sparkle Saver's Plan is set to start.

    What happens after I have used 12 gas cylinders on the Sparkle Saver's Plan?

    Once you have used 12 gas cylinders in less than a year you will not be able to order more cylinders on your current plan and should sign up for a new plan.

    If you chose not to purchase another plan, please return your last set of cylinders to us. Make sure to cancel the auto renew of your plan.

    What happens if I don't return all or any of the used gas cylinders after placing an order for full gas cylinders under the plan?
    The gas cylinders are the property of SodaStream and you'll need to return them after use.
    If we don't receive 4 used gas cylinders within 30 days of ordering full ones, you will be charged £10 per each unreturned gas cylinder. If you fail to return the gas cylinders during such 30 days and return them later, it would still be possible to get a refund of the £10 charge, but it's best to avoid the inconvenience.

    I have lost my original shipment box. How do I get a new box for return?
    Oh snap! Of course we can help you with that one. You can use any other box as  long as your used gas cylinders are packed securely. Remember next time to hold on to that gem in order to keep the sparkling water flowing.
    I'm a member of the Sparkle Saver's Plan and I have used all of my gas cylinders, what should I do?
    Just log-in to your personal account here and click "Order Gas Cylinder Delivery". Within 2-3 business days you'll be sparkling again ;). Don't forget to return the used gas cylinders no later than 30 days from the date you have placed your new gas cylinders order
    What is the cancellation policy for the Sparkle Saver's Plan?
    Chances are you'll be sparkling with excitement so you probably won't want to cancel...but in the event that you do, this is the policy. If you cancel within the first 30 days of subscribing, you will get a 100% refund. Other than your legal right to cancel during the first 14 days (cooling off period), if you cancel during the first 30-days you will be fully refunded, but don't forget to return the gas cylinders otherwise we will charge you for them. If you terminate the plan after the first 30 days, you will be refunded based on the number of months left and unused under your plan, however, please pay attention again that you return the gas cylinders provided to you, otherwise we will charge you for them. Please note that this right for refund will not apply if you have already received 8 gas cylinders under the plan or used your extended warranty.
    How and when will the gas cylinders be delivered to me as a subscriber to the Sparkle Saver's Plan?
    As long as you are located in UK mainland, all we need is your address, and we can send you the full gas cylinders! Your fresh bubbles will arrive within 2-3 business days from your order.
    What form of payment do you accept for the Sparkle Saver's Plan?
    We accept credit cards (Visa or MasterCard). Payment is made in either one or three equal installments.

    What happens if I change my address?
    You can easily change your address. Just log in to "My Account" and change the delivery address. Please note that deliveries are available for UK mainland only.
    What does the extended warranty mean?
    We are glad you asked ;) We want you to be able to use your Sparkling Water Maker so long as you are subscribed to the plan, even if your sparkling water maker is old and causing you some trouble. Therefore, the sparkling water maker standard warranty will apply for a longer period of time than usual. Therefore while you are subscribed to the plan, your warranty will exist. HOWEVER, please note, that old warranty that has already expired will resume only at the lapse of 30 days from your initial subscription to the plan. These rights only apply to 9 types of sparkling water makers - Power, Crystal, Spirit one touch, Spirit, Source, Jet, Cool, Play, Genesis
