What do you mean by an exchange?
Bubbles 101: Carbonating cylinders create the bubbles. After some time, the carbonating cylinder runs out of CO2. We offer an online exchange in which you get a new carbonating cylinder in exchange for your empty one. When you order a CO2 refill at SodaStream.co.uk, you just pay the price of the CO2 and are then sent a pre-paid shipping label to return your empties.
Once you order your exchange at SodaStream.co.uk, our CO2 Refill program has 3 easy steps to get you back to bubbling.
- Submit your order online and we'll send you full CO2 cylinders to your home.
- Your cylinders will arrive in a box with a prepaid shipping label attached.
- Drop off your empty cylinder(s) at a Yodel Returns or InPost location.
Sparkle Note
- Please remember to return an empty cylinder for each refill cylinder you have ordered within 45 days of purchase. If you do not return the empty cylinder(s) within 45 days of purchase, or if you do not have any empty cylinders to return, there is an additional £10 charge for each unreturned cylinder.
- If you lost the box or label from your original refill order, you can request a new label through the Yodel Returns site and use any secure box to send back your empties. Just make sure to write your customer number on the Yodel Returns label in the "Ref Box". Your customer number can be found in your account under "Order History".
- You can also use InPost to return your empties which is paperless. Once you enter your information in the InPost link, you will be sent a unique QR code. Take your parcel to the nearest locker and scan your QR code at the locker.
