This means that return shipping labels are no longer included in your order. They can be obtained quickly and easily via any of the methods below - and you don't need a printer at home.

1. Package your empty CO2 cylinder(s) securely in a sturdy box (ideally the box it was delivered in)
2. Click 'Return with InPost' below
3. Enter your email address and Customer Number (this can be found in your Sodastream 'My Account' area)
4. Click 'Submit'
5. A QR code will be sent to your email address
6. Use the map search to find your nearest InPost Locker
7. At the locker, scan your QR code on the locker screen and place your CO2 cylinder box in the empty locker assigned to you
8. Close the locker and track your parcel using the 13-digit tracking code in the InPost app
9. Please allow 5 working days for us to acknowledge we have received your cylinders at our warehouse before contacting us regarding your return
Please note, InPost lockers have size restrictions, please ensure your box is less than: 41cm x 38cm x 64cm (if you need to return more cylinders than this size allows, please return in more than one box and generate a QR code for each box).

6. Use this map search to show all InPost Shop locations (these aren't yet integrated into the existing map search on the Sodastream returns portal)
7. The shop assistant will scan your QR code from your emails, print a label from their till and attach it to your parcel
8. InPost will collect the parcel and your cylinder(s) will be returned to the Sodastream warehouse
9. Track your parcel using the 13-digit tracking code in the InPost app
10. Please allow 5 working days for us to acknowledge we have received your cylinders at our warehouse before contacting us regarding your return
If you want to use our DPD Swap-It service, you must have chosen this service at checkout.

N.B. you MUST have empty cylinders to return when the new ones are deliveredDPD delivers your full cylinders, right to your door.Hand back your empties to the delivery driver - Place your empty cylinders into the original packaging, make sure to remove or cover up the old label.Swap complete - The driver takes your empties while dropping off your new ones.You're all set - You’ll get a confirmation receipt once the swap is done.

Return using InPost Lockers or Shops
1. Package up your empties in your original delivery box (if you've lost it, use any sturdy box and write your Customer Account Number on the outside clearly).
2. Get your free returns QR code with InPost here
3. Take your parcel to your nearest InPost Locker or Shop.
4. In a locker - scan your QR code and place your returns box in the designated locker.
5. In a shop - show the QR code to the shop assistant for them to scan. They'll then take your box off your hands and send it back to us.
Looking for Yodel? Yodel is now InPost - you can still return at all the same locations, just through the InPost returns portal instead.
Good question! Sodastream recommends having at least 3 cylinders on hand, so you’ll always have bubbles and so you can exchange 2 at a time, taking advantage of the reduced shipping charge.
