We accept returns or exchanges on unopened product purchased within 30 days on SodaStream.com for the actual purchase price. Cylinders and accessories must be returned unused and in its unbroken original packaging. Sparkling Water Makers do not need to be returned unused.

Can you tell me more about the Sodastream DUO® Sparkling Water Maker?

The Sodastream DUO® machine is our new way to sparkle! This sleek, compact design carbonates both glass and plastic, and makes bubbling quick and easy.

It comes with the new Quick Connect Cylinder – the first of its kind! The new Quick Connect Cylinder is simple to insert and with no need to be re-tightened, it is now easier than ever to go from zero to bubbling. The Sodastream DUO™ Sparkling Water Maker will only work with the Quick Connect Cylinder, so make sure you’re only using the cylinders with the pink wrap that bear the Quick Connect logo.

The DUO also comes with 2 different types of reusable, dishwasher-safe bottles. You can choose between a 1L glass bottle for those more formal indoor settings or a 1L Fuse carbonating bottle for when you’re on-the-go.

Sparkle Note: The 1L classic bottle, the 0.7L glass bottle, the 0.5L bottle, and My Only Bottle are not compatible with the Sodastream DUO® Sparkling Water Maker.

Are existing bottles and cylinders compatible with the SodaStream DUO® Sparkling Water Maker?

The Sodastream DUO® Sparkling Water Maker can be used with our dishwasher-safe 1L glass bottle and our regular 1L Fuse bottle.

The 1L classic bottle, the 0.7L glass bottle (from the Crystal), the 0.5L bottle and My Only Bottle (0.5L) are not compatible.

With regards to cylinders, you can only use the SodaStream Quick Connect Cylinder with the Sodastream DUO® Sparkling Water Maker. The screw-system cylinders are not compatible with the Sodastream DUO®.
